Our customers run business critical online processes to provide self-service, marketing, sales or e-business functionalities with the use of GX Software's products. The Customer Service group will provide you with day-by-day product support and maintenance.  


  • 24/7 Support
    A motivated team of well-trained GX specialists is available to deliver product support to customers on a daily basis. Available levels range from web-based support through a service portal to 24/7 telephone support by helpdesk agents.

    GX Software releases new or maintenance product updates on a regular base. Customer Services will be your primary contact for questions or additional information regarding these updates.
  • Developer Support
    Customer Services offers support to those companies who develop their own functionalities as component bundles. Developer support will help named developers optimize their use of the software development kit (SDK) and give advice on best practices to reduce maintenance costs.
  • Component Bundle Certification
    Customers and partners can build custom software functions in the form of component bundles. These component bundles are certified by GX Software with the goal of improving the overall quality of all bundles. Certification adds convenience for customers, developers of the bundles and any additional developers needing to perform future maintenance.
