WPG Publishers is a multimedia organization that holds more than 25 independent brands under its umbrella. WPG was looking for a solution that would let them know upfront who their site visitors are at any given time, allowing them to show relevant content to the proper individual in real-time. They selected GX Software’s online engagement solution BlueConic to be able to profile anonymous visitors based on their cross-channel behavior. These profiles were then dynamically segmented and used to serve relevant content to individual visitors. This resulted in:

- a far better site experience for both anonymous and known visitors
- selling more premium content
- a strengthened negotiating position towards advertisement agencies
