  • Account Executive
    Role:
    You're an enterprising and representative Account Executive with extensive enterprise sales experience. Together with clients and / or partners you look for the most suitable solution and form of cooperation. You are responsible for selling the entire GX portfolio at a limited number of strategic accounts in the US.
    With an understanding of things you take our solutions to market and build your own network. You know which challenges our customers face and can convert these challenges to the right combination of GX software components for the customer. You reach your goal - closing the deal - by pragmatic and effective work. You have an important contribution to our commercial success and our unique business performance. You are a highly motivated self-starter, capable of defining objectives and consistently achieving results.

    Responsibilities:
    - Identifying opportunities for GX software;
    - Develop and implement account plans;
    - Increase the revenue in the US generated by GX’ products via new license deals;
    - Spearhead business development initiatives that are consistent with the company’s overall strategy;
    - Manage multiple business initiatives in a start-up environment;
    - Manage the contact strategy to best develop leads from new (and existing) customers;
    - Manage complex contract negotiation and work with legal counsel as required;
    - Build and maintain your own network of relationships;
    - Counterpart at executive level in corporate accounts;
    - Responsible for achieving your sales targets.

    Requirements:
    - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a, for this role, relevant direction;
    - 5+ years of direct sales experience;
    - Knowledge of and experience in Web technology and marketing;
    - Proven strategic aptitude and ability;
    - Previous experience within a fast paced environment;
    - Experience with enterprise software solutions and large, complex organizations
    - Demonstrated ability to prospect, cultivate, and manage new accounts;
    - Ability to evaluate and drive change across the business to translate business requirements into actionable plans and strategies.

    Compensation & location:
    Very competitive OTE in line with responsibility
    Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 20 days PTO and 401K
