GX has added new capabilities to its web content, traffic and conversion solution that automatically control and audit customer-specific business functions or bespoke application integrations. GX customers and partners now avoid time-consuming audit processes, benefitting from faster time to market with lower risks and costs to launch or maintain websites and online channels.
The need for customization is growing now that enterprises no longer see Web Content Management (WCM) systems as silos; rather, they increasingly want to integrate WCM with other enterprise applications. The new GX software capabilities automatically check new customer-developed functions and integrations against more than 75 points and guidelines to maximize compatibility and upgradability while reducing costs and risks.

For its standard solutions, GX uses a smart and sophisticated enterprise component platform that manages customer specific business functions or bespoke application integrations as separate reusable building blocks. This allows customers to add and remove advanced customizations on the fly. Building blocks that pass the automated audit contribute to a stable online environment and if applicable, can be accepted by GX Customer Services.
