Compared to last year’s Gartner’s Magic Quadrant, GX Software has shown a vast growth in both Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute, being the vendor with the relatively largest improvement in Completeness of Vision. Growing at a promising rate with a strong foothold in the European market, GX Software has succeeded in obtaining firm ground in North America as well through its strategic partnership with Pitney Bowes.
Strategic Importance of Magic Quadrant
The choice of a suitable WCM system is an important strategic decision, one that plays an integral part in fulfilling a company’s online goals and objectives. Many companies therefore rely on Gartner’s reports before choosing a solution and vendor. The Gartner Magic Quadrants are a culmination of research in a specific market, giving a wide-angle view of the relative positions of market competitors.
Multichannel delivery to mobile, social and web, as well as cross-channel optimization, are important aspects of WCM. GX Software offers two products relevant to Online Channel Optimization (OCO): GX WebManager, a WCM offering, and BlueConic, a product designed to help increase engagement across multiple online channels.
“We believe that our continued presence in Gartner's Web Content Management Quadrant re-affirms our strategy and investments in this marketplace. We feel that the shift of our position to Visionary reflects the fact that we are not just showing consistent progress in developing core functions for Online Channel Optimization”, said Hans Willems, CMO at GX Software. “With GX WebManager and BlueConic we are also delivering on the promise of a “Communication Continuum” for our customers, ensuring communications continuity and optimization across all individual customer touchpoints and contact moments.”
